      IVF COURSE

            What you will learn:   

 

• Aspiration of slaughterhouse ovaries and selection of oocytes (morphological classification);

• In vitro maturation of oocytes in plates, microtubes and transport from farm to laboratory;

• In vitro fertilization with frozen semen (Percoll gradient and washing);

• In vitro microdrop culture (feeding) and direct cultivation in 5-well dishes

  • Manipulation of zygotes to remove cumulus cells;

  • Cleavage and feeding assessment on D3 and D5 (if necessary);

  • Embryo classification, bottling and transport of embryos;

• DT Freezing and Vitrification of IVF Embryos;

• List of materials and equipment needed for the IVF laboratory.
